Why can't you tell me if something is in stock?

Whether you Call or Email Us,

We only confirm availability after you have placed an order. Within 48 hours we will either ship or tell you it can take up to 10 days to get from the factory. You always have the option of cancelling before shipment and we promptly refund payments. Why do we do it this way?

  • We may have the item at the time of your question, but by the time you order someone else may have bought it.
  • We have over 1 million parts available and do not stock every one. We ship from 5 locations which also have walk in retail traffic.
  • The shipping method you select does not indicate that something is in stock. If time is critical to you then a safe assumption is that we do not have it in stock and it takes on average 5 days for us to get it from a factory warehouse and then ship according to your shipping choice.
  • Your local dealer may be able to service you better if you have to know whether the product is in stock before you buy.
