One or more of your parts had to be ordered from a Factory ware house and it can take from 5 to 10 days to get it to us. Generally factory ware houses are well stocked and the turnaround time is reasonable.

Sometimes the factory warehouses are also backordered and not only that, the item is coming from overseas. These situations are infrequent and when they happen it can cause multiple revisions of expected shipment dates.

We generally wait until all items are in before shipping your order. USA customers can request partial shipments via email using the Help page.
