When you place your order we do not know which items will be in stock and which ones are not. Our system charges for the entire order and an item not in stock is ordered from the factory. That is a special order and in the same way it would be processed at a dealer you physically visit, we require prepayment.

You may want to cancel the backordered item or the order and you will receive a prompt refund* to your payment method.


* - there may be exceptions to the refund policy and they can be found in correspondence to you about your order, or in the Frequently Asked Questions here.
